SHORT TERM & SEASONAL RV CAMPING

Owners of recreational vehicles find plenty of reasons to make Klines Resort their home at the lake. Paved roads, LED street lights, treated water, coin laundry and clean restrooms are just a few of the amenities that complement our beautiful location and friendly community.

Seasonal RV sites and park model homes comprise the majority of our licensed sites. Only two sites are maintained for short term stays.

Equal Opportunity Housing: Klines Resort does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, creed, color or national origin. Park model and RV sites are open to all ages if accompanied by a responsible adult age 21 or older. Manufactured home sites are reserved for occupancy by at least one person age 55 or older as allowed under the Fair Housing Acts. Exceptions to this requirement are allowed under certain conditions.

Seasonal RV Camping

Not getting the most out of your RV? Spending too much time and money towing it down the highway? Turn your RV into your “home at the lake” by leasing a seasonal site at Klines Resort.

Becoming a “seasonal” is all about convenience. Just imagine: your RV is here and ready for use, your boat is waiting in the water, your fishing gear and golf cart waiting in your shed. Avoid the headaches of towing and setting up; spend time enjoying your summer home instead. Of course, you are free to take your RV on a trip whenever you like, and return to the same site – your site – at Klines.

Our seasonal campers include a mix of snowbirds, families with children, empty nesters and retirees. For some it’s a weekend getaway, others make it their summer home. There is no age requirement to occupy RV sites. All ages are welcome as long as there is at least one responsible adult age 21+.

Seasonal’s enjoy privileges not available to short term campers. These include:

  • A guaranteed site each year, with rent-free winter storage on site.
  • The option to improve your site with a deck, shed, landscaping, etc.
  • The option to use a golf cart on resort roads and trails.
  • The option to connect to phone, high speed internet, or cable television.*
  • US mail and newspaper boxes are available for each site. These are used to deliver park notices and newsletters here as well.
  • You are welcome to invite guests to visit at no additional charge. However, sites may not be subleased and a registered adult must accompany guests.
  • Membership in “Carers & Sharers” and participation in the many events and social opportunities on our calendar is included.
  • The opportunity to own, share or rent a dock site or boat slip on the lakefront or in the marina.*
  • Use of our storage area for your boats and equipment.*
  • Ability to reserve the clubhouse or party tent for family events, reunions, and private parties.*
  • Winter access to check your RV, ice fish, or attend an off-season activity.

*additional fees may apply. See rate sheet and guidelines for details.

Seasonal campers are required to have a hard top RV (no tents or pop-ups) with a flush or marine toilet. All RV’s must be titled and licensed as a trailer and towable (axles remain on unit). Your RV must be less than 10 years old when you arrive, and must be retired once it becomes 25 years old.

Sites include full hookups (water/sewer) and 50/30/20 amp electric. Electric is metered and billed based on consumption. Water, sewer and trash is included in rent. Seasonal’s are responsible for mowing their own grass. See guidelines for details.

No additional structures are allowed on an RV site, except for a small shed (under 100 s.f.) and decks set at grade in moveable sections. Seasonal’s must vacate their site at the end of their lease. No resales are allowed on an RV site.

See the following for additional information and application forms:

Interested? Complete the application form and return with a $50 application fee (non-refundable). As seasonal sites become available they are offered in the order of applications received.

Short Term & Extended Stay Camping

Like to fish? Visiting the area? Need a get-away close to home or school? Our short term sites offer a great way to check out the community, visit for a special event, or see friends who live here. Who knows? You may like it so much you’ll decide to become a seasonal!

A limited number of select RV sites are available. These sites include:

  • Cement RV pad & patio
  • Picnic table, fire ring
  • Water, sewer and 50/30/20 amp electric
  • Option to bring canoes, kayaks, or one motorboat.
  • Use of resort dock during your stay at no charge.
  • These sites may have limited space for larger rigs. Check before reserving.

Sites are designed for modern RV’s, so tents are not allowed and we do not recommend the use of pop-up’s or tent sided campers. Since all sites have water & sewer connections, we have limited restroom and shower facilities.
